The trek
Manang sits high on the Annapurna Circuit, in the valley of the Marsyangdi river. The trail climbs from green lower valleys into dry, wide, high-mountain country, with the Annapurna range watching over it.
Why Manang
It is one of Nepal’s classic Himalayan journeys: changing landscapes, mountain villages with their own traditions, and the slow rhythm of walking at altitude.
